Document Description
The SmokeTree Commons project would involve the development of 188,246 square feet of retail space adjacent to and east of the existing SmokeTree Village Shopping Center. The project would include 14 retail buildings, consisting of seven major stores, four pads and three shops, outdoor plaza areas, parking, and landscaping. The project would also construct all necessary on-site infrastructure, as well as install a traffic signal at the intersection of East Palm Canyon Drive and the main entrance of the project site.
