Document Description
The proposed Project includes the expansion of Sierra Village, a senior residential community; the addition of professional/office space; construction of new athletic fields for Central Valley Christian Schools (CVC); and related improvements. The Project provides for a minimum 200-foot setback will provide a visual buffer to vehicles traveling past the site on SR 198, as well as a noise buffer from highway noise to those on the project site. The setback will consist of the ponding basin, the relocated north branch of the Persian-Watson Ditch, and landscaping in accord with the West Visalia Specific Plan (WVSP).
