The project is a proposed mixed-use development comprising approximately 40 acres at the southeast corner of State Highway 198 and Roeben Road in Visalia, Ca. The proposed Project includes the expansion of Sierra Village, a senior residential community; the addition of professional/office space; construction of new athletic fields for Central Valley Christian Schools (CVC); and related improvements. The proposed project would involve the development of approximately 40 acres to commercial, professional/office and senior residential uses. The project wll require a General Plan Amendment to change the distribution of land uses, a change in zone districts to conform to the General Plan changes, a tentative parcel map to divide the 40-acre parcel, a conditional use permit to allow a planned development, and an amendment of the West Visalia Specific Plan.
