Document Description
The 2005 Amendment is an amendment to the existing City of Imperial Redevelopment Plan (adopted June 2002) adding a 318 acre area. The "Amendment Area" is the same as the Victoria Ranch "Specific Plan Area," which was recently annexed into the City of Imperial. The City has adopted the Victoria Ranch Specific Plan which provides for the phased development of the Specific Plan Area. Potential environmental impacts related to the development of the Specific Plan Area were evaluated in the Mitigated Negative Declaration (SCH# 2003111004) prepared for adoption of the Victoria Ranch Specific Plan. The Initial Study found that all potential environmental impacts associated with implementation of the Victoria Ranch Specific Plan could be addressed within the parameters of a Mitigated Negative Declaration.
