DTSC is proposing to approve a draft Removal Action Workplan (RAW) pursuant to authority granted under Chapter 6.8, Division 20, California Health & Safety Code (H&SC). The objective of the proposed action is to mitigate potential human health risks that may be posed by past pesticide applicator discharges at the site. The RAW includes plans for the consolidation of affected soil, and the encapsulation of the affect soil beneath an engineered cap.
