- The project site is an 8.1 acre site located south of Orange Grove Boulevard between the Los Angeles County Flood Control Property to the west and single-family homes to the east. The eastern section of the park will be constructed on property owned in fee by the Southern California Edison Company. Both the City and the Edison owned portions of the site have been used for the storage of boxed trees by a nursery for the past several years.
