The Port of Oakland has authorized execution of a License and Concession Agreement for the establishment of an outdoor advertising sign, and has approved an Exclusive Negotiations Agreement with Viacom Outdoor. An approximately 20' high by 60' wide double-sided LED technology advertising sign will be located along Highway (I-80 in the Bay Bridge Toll Plaza vicinity. The specific location will be permitted later.
