Hearing on the request of Mr. Chuck Bischof and Ms. Kathy Odell to consider Case No. 02LLA-00000-00015 for approval of a Lot Line Adjustment under the provisions of County Code Chapter 21, to adjust lines between two legal parcels of 3.4 and 24.48 acres to create two legal parcels of 24.48 and 3.4 acres in the AG-I-40 Zone District under Article III; and approval of the ND (04NGD-00000-00019) pursuant to the State Guidelines for Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act. As a result of this project, significant but mitigable effects on the environment are anticipated in the following categories: aesthetics/visual resources, biological resources, fire protection, geologic processes, land use, and water resources. The ND and all documents referenced therein may be reviewed at the Planning and Development Department, 123 East Anapamu Street, Santa Barbara.
