The proposed project consists of a Variance from the minimum lot width standard and minimum public street frontage requirement for a corner lot in the RD-10 zone. The Variance would allow the development of a duplex residence on an existing lot that is 60 feet wide, with 60 feet of public street frontage. The Zoning Code requires a minimum lot width of 72 feet and 72 feet of frontage on a public street.
