Document Description
The Metropolitan proposes to approve principles for a Recharge and Recovery Operating Agreement (RROA); and authorize development and execution of the RROA with EMWD and RCWD. The RROA will more effectively utilize facilities that provide treated water in southwest Riverside County during summer months to meet peak demands on Metropolitan's Robert A. Skinner Filtration Plant (Skinner Plant). The RROA will help address water management needs and support the coordinated use of facilities in the Skinner Plant area.
