- Document Description
- Metropolitan proposes to conduct emergency repair activities along the Lower Feeder/Aliso Creek Patrol Road Easement (Road) leading up to and paralleling a below-ground 96-inch waterline (Lower Feeder). The Road requires repair in approximately 10 locations where it crosses Aliso Creek (Creek). The repair would involve placing additional fill (0.04 acre) within portions of the Road currently washed out by the Creek to allow maintenance vehicles to cross the Creek. At this time, portions of the Lower Feeder running beneath the Road are exposed and can be damaged or broken. These exposed portions of the Lower Feeder must be repaired immediately as damage to the Lower Feeder could compromise the potable water supply to much of Orange County.
