- This project consists of the construction of a California Indian exhibit for interpretive purposes facing Shumup-Ko-Hup, a State Park concession located in Old Town San Diego State Historic Park. The exhibit consists of a circular display of woven brush of 14' diameter with sample native plants and stone tools as would have been used by Indian families working in Old Town from 1820's to 1870's. The waah will be built of willow and cattail which will be gathered, transported to the park, and arranged around willow posts. To copy the historic waah construction.
