A temporary art installation will be constructed on the site formerly known as "the Cornfield," and proposed to be classified as "Los Angeles State Historic Park." The project consists of the planting, cultivation and harvesting of several varieties of corn, a loop trail, interpretive signs, picnic benches and spaces for gatherings and performances.
