Document Description
The proposed project consists of an Amendment to an existing Zoning Agreement (Ordinance No. SZC 99-0054) to modify Exhibit "B", Condition (b) 13d to allow retail primary access doors to be located within 30 feet of the boundary of all residentially zoned property. The project also includes a Development Plan Review for a 6,650 +/- sf retail building in the SC zone pursuant to Ordinance No. SZC 99-0054, Exhibit "B", Condition (b) 13. It should be noted the project is subject to compliance with the existing Mitigation and Monitoring Program (MMRP) for 97-ZGB-UPP-PAB-0401.
