Document Description
The Permittee proposes to construct a residential development on 182.85 ac that includes a single crossing over Moller Creek and two 24-inch storm drain outfalls at the creek crossing, and a system of bio-retention cells for storm water pollution control on approximately 91.09 ac of the Project site; an approximately 36-inch diameter storm drain outfall at the Tassajara Road culvert. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0048-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Jeff Lawrence/Braddock & Logan Services, Inc.
