The project entails the construction of a residential development that includes up to 381 single family detached dwelling units on lots of various sizes within an approximately 92.93-acre portion of the project site. Amendment 2 includes an increase in the amount of authorized take by 7.05 acres due to the repair of landslides, relocation of temporary exclusion fencing, and the creation of a mitigation swale.
