Document Description
The project consists of a subdivision application to subdivide the property into 172 lots for single-family residential use. The proposed subdivision is divided into three seperate phases. A small lot Conditional Use Permit would allow minimum lot sizes of 3,006 sf. The largest lot would be 8,458 sf, with an average lot size of 3,980 sf. A total of 178 residential units are proposed (148 single-family detached, 9 duets, and 6 duplexes) for a total residential density of 7.95 units per acre.
