Establish an aquaculture terminal at the former location of the Louisiana-Pacific 30-MW wood-waste-fueled power plant. The project involves constructing a 60 ft. by 150 ft. metal building at the former wood-waste-fueled power plant site next to Humboldt Bay and using the existing dock that was associated with the power plant.
