The restoration project includes removal of an existing septic tank from the west side of the creek bank and removal of the men's and women's dressing rooms and public restroom located next to the swimming pool. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2005-0682-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Joe Gonsalves.
