The project of annexation of 34.41 acres of land, including approximately 10 acres of agricultural land, from the County of Santa Cruz into the City of Watsonville. The proposed annexation area is needed to complete the new Recycled Water Facility (RWF) adjacent to the existing Wastewater Treatment Plant (VVWTP) to provide 4,000 acre-feet/year for crop irrigation.
