Document Description
The project consists of minor modifications to a previously approved Site Plan and Architectural Review (SPAR). The overall project consists of ~362,000 sf of retail uses (including a 139,000 sf Target store), and 16,000 sf of office space. The applicant submitted revised plans in August 2011, changing the footprint of some retail buildings by combining six smaller retail tenant spaces into four larger tenant spaces, and related parking and landscape changes. Due to the reallocation of building areas, the applicant also proposed modifications to the architectural design and detailing of the building elevations and to pedestrian amenities. The modifications do not increase the total project size or uses.
