- The project proposes to subdivide one 80 acre parcel into three residential/agricultural lots (Parcel 1: 19.6 acres, Parcel 2: 20.4 acres, Parcel 3: 40 acres). No new roads would be constructed, however, a 40-foot wide access easement would be located over Parcel 2 to provide access to Parcel 3. Boulder Way/Daugherty Creek from the lone line between proposed Parcels 1 and 2. The project does not require any additional entitlements.
