Document Description
The applicants are proposing to construct a 47 space, permanent paved parking lot on this relatively unimproved project site. This parking are is intended to accommodate the 27 parking spaces required to allow for the recent restaurant expansion as well as overflow parking for the marina, boat staging during non-peak periods, and valet parking (primarily during the highest tourist influx, Independence Day to Labor Day). Spaces 1-5, 12-22, and 46 & 47 will be designated for the restaurant and signage will be installed to ensure their availability for the restaurant patrons. Included in this project will be a bus shelter along Hwy. 28, a bike rack, and the relocation of the crosswalk to the west of the entrance to the parking area.
