- Proposal by Wayne Colmer/Jeff Edwards for a vesting tentative Tract Map to subdivide an existing 65 acre parcel into 26 residential parcels ranging in size from 22,119 to 37,840 square feet, with approximately 46 acres in open space. The project will result in a disturbance of approximately 2.5 acres due to construction of roads and other tract improvements. The residential lots will be developed with single family residences in the future. The project located northeast of Buckskin Drive and east of Nipomo Avenue, in the community of Los Osos, in The Estero planning area.
