Document Description
Application for a Tentative Tract Map to create 79 residential townhouses (maximum of 45 feet high): a Zone Change from M-1 to R-3-DP residential; a CUP to allow development in a Development Program zoned area; and a General Plan Amendment for a land use classification from Industrial to Medium Density Residential. The proposed development will provide a total of 178 parking spaces of which 149 will be covered unit parking, 9 will be covered car port unit parking, and 22 will be uncovered guest parking spaces. In addition, 24 on-street guest parking spaces are proposed as well. Other proposed improvements include a 6' high concrete walls and landscape buffers around the entire perimeter of the project site except for the two driveways located at the north and east sides of the property. There will also be five open trash enclosure areas. Approximately 9,175 cy of grading will be required which will be balanced on site.
