Triunfo Sanitation District (TSD) will construct and operate a single below ground 2 to 2.4 million gallon water tank at the property located north of Kanan Road at Churchwood Street. Tank access road improvements and pipeline construction are also proposed. The existing 1.0 million gallon tank located at the western terminus of Conifer Street would also be demolished.
