Document Description
TSD proposes to construct and operate a single 2 to 2.4 MG tank at either the proposed A7 site or the A8 site. Tank access road improvements and pipeline construction are also proposed. The existing 1.0 MG tank located at the western terminus of Conifer Street would be demolished. There are two site alternatives, A7 or A8. Each site has either an aboveground or a buried tank, 'A' or 'B'. Thus, the tank options are identified as A7A, A7B, A8A, and A8B. The possible pipeline route segments are identified as A, B, C, D, or E. Either Pipeline A or Pipeline B is necessary for a tank at Site A7. Either pipeline C, Pipeline D, or Pipeline E is necessary for a tank at Site A8.
