Document Description
The proposed project would consist of a 527-unit multi-family residential development with supporting commercial retail uses, recreational facilities and two above-ground parking garages on a 7.5-acre site. The project also would include improvements to the existing Grossmont Trolley Station, off-site improvements to the Alvarado Creek channel, landscape/hardscape improvements, on- and off-site utility improvements and a street vacation.
