Document Description
The proposed Project includes amending the Santa Clarita Valley Water Agency- Valencia Division's water supply permit to include the operation of two four-million-gallon water tanks. The Project also includes an upgraded booster pump and a new booster pump station. Well water from six existing wells will provide the new Mission Village development with water for the tanks. The water system additions are part of the Mission Village Development Project, a 1,261.8-acre residential development with mixed-use space, library, fire station, bus transfer station, elementary school, open space, recreation center, Santa Clara River bridge development, trails, walkways, and spine flower preserve.
