Document Description
Application for Tentative Tract Map to subdivide the existing parcel into 22 single-family residential lots. Antelope Street will also be extended to create a cul-de-sac street on the subject property. Water will be provided by Los Angeles County Waterworks District No. 37 and private septic systems are proposed. A maximum of 40,000 cy of cut and 88,500 cy of fill will be required in which approximately 70,000 cy of dirt will be imported from the adjacent site to the east (Tract No. 43196-01) that will result in a loss of 21,500 cy for shrinkage onsite. Some bank stabilization will be required for the proposed development. All proposed on-site utilities will be underground.
