Document Description
The proposed project entails the creation of a new project area and the adoption of the Redevelopment Plan for the Cajon Redevelopment Project Area in the unincorporated area of western County of San Bernardino in accordance with the standards of the California Community Redevelopment Law (CRL), Health and Safety Code Section 33000, et seq. The purpose of the Redevelopment Plan is to eliminate the conditions of physical and economic blight that exist in the Project Area through rehabilitation of existing buildings, revitalization and reuse of commercial and industrial land and development of vacant properties. The total Project Area encompasses approximately 2,484 acres and includes two noncontiguous subareas. The project conforms to the adopted County General Plan.
