This is an application for the development and operation of a 126,208 sf, four-story hotel, 50 feet in height. The hotel will have a total of 157 rooms, with 178 on site parking spaces provided on the 4.5 acre project site. A conditional use permit is required because the building exceeds 35 feet in height in the BP (Business Park) zone. A minor use permit is required for on site consumption and sales of alcohol for a restaurant proposed to be located within the hotel provided for guests of the hotel. All reference to the proposed hotel shall include the proposed restaurant within the hotel, accessory to the hotel.
