Environmental Review for a proposed bike path undercrossing at the Ash Street / SR 78 Bridge. The existing bike path in the project area runs along the south bank of Escondido Creek, which is a concrete-lined trapezoidal channel. The bike path is part of a 7.5-mile, Class 1, grade separated bike path that parallels Escondido Creek and serves as the major east-west spine of the Escondido Bikeway system.
