Document Description
The proposed Order authorizes the reuse of non-hazardous Crude Oil Impacted Soil on Active Oil Leases and Fee Properties. The proposed Order establishes conditions under which certain oil-field materials may be reused and regulates the reuse of crude-oil impacted soils. The proposed Order requires the implementation of appropriate management practices to ensure that reuse activities do not add pollutants to water of the state and complies with the monitoring and reporting program.
