The majority of the land surrounding the study area is either developed and urban or preserved as open space. The study area is subject to the City of San Diego General Plan, community plans within the study area and any applicable bicycle and pedestrian plans.

Document Description
The proposed project proposes to provide 2 missing freeway connectors of an interchange. The ability to avoid the use of local surface streets in order to connect from one freeway to the other would improve the efficiency of traffic operations for both local and regional traffic and would facilitate the movement of people and goods.
