Metropolitan is proposing to enter into an agreement to sell up to 20,000 acre-feet of Metropolitan's State Water Project supplies in 2005 to Reclamation. This water would support Reclamation's Water Acquisition Program pursuant to Section 3406(b)(3) and 3406(d)(2) of the Central Valley Project Improvement Act to meet Level 4 refuge water needs.
