The project also includes the construction of offsite utility and highway/roadway improvements. The project requires consideration of the following discretionary actions: 1) 18.36 acre Specific Plan. The specific plan will establish development standards and design guidelines for the Plan Area; 2) Conditional Use Permit to define the plan, design and operational features that will govern the implementation of the project; 3) Parcel Map to subdivide the property into 4 parcels associated with the location of proposed building pads.
