Document Description
The proposed project would consist of the site acquisition, construction, and operation of a middle school on approximately 10 acres of land. The middle school would consist of classrooms; administration offices; a library; a gymnasium; a multipurpose room/cafeteria; athletic fields; staff and visitor parking/drop-off facilities; and outdoor areas, including a lunch shelter, a courtyard, and an amphitheater. The middle school would provide educational facilities for grades 6-8 and would serve approximately 850 students. Approximately 65 teachers, administrators, and other staff members would be employed at the school. Regular operating hours for the school would be from approximately 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, with staff remaining on site until approximately 4:30 pm.
