Document Description
The proposed project is the relocation and expansion of the child development center currently located on I Street. The new child development center would include the construction of an approximate 12,000 square feet building, approximately 12,000 square feet for parking and loading including 34 parking spaces, and approximately 12,000 square feet for the children's outdoor play areas. The purpose for the proposed project is two-fold: 1) expand the capacity to provide services to more families; and, 2) the existing facility has physical problems including poor plumbing and leaking ceiling and walls.
