Document Description
This project will construct ~32 buildings with four or five units per building. Buildings will be paired around a common promenade with individual front entries and patio space. The four basic unit types will range from 3-4 bedrooms and 2-2 1/2 bathrooms. Phase I will provide ~152 townhome-style residences comprising 311,000 GSF. Each two-story unit will range from 1,400 to 1,750 GSF and include a two-car garage. The development will provide guest parking and community amenities for residents.
