Document Description
This project is based on the projected master plan enrollment of 35,000 FTE over the next 30 years, which provides sites for future academic and support buildings in order to accommodate the propsoed 35,000 FTE enrollment ceiling. The first phase of the development is identified by three near term projects that have been analyzed in the FEIR at a construction level. This specific approval action is for the Performing Arts Center, a 163,000 GSF complex for the College of Arts, Media and Communication.
