The subject property consists of three (3) parcels of land, encompassing approximately 20 acres each. The parcels are contiguous to each other with APN300-350-11s adjacent to the western boundary of the Table Mountain Rancheria. Currently the property is unimproved except for a small pow-wow area and a domestic water distribution pump house. There is no proposed change in land use.
