Document Description
Cliff Road ends as an access road for the Hidden Beach pump station. Adjacent to the parking lot the road crosses about seven meters above an ephemeral drainage. A road failure occurred at the bend in the road over a 42-ince concrete culvert, and also displaced the final segment of the culvert as well. The project includes using a crane to remove the concrete debris from the channel and to lower a small backhoe or excavator to the channel bottom to excavate the headwall footing, rock energy dissipater, and pipe piers.
