Document Description
Plant 16 native trees at the Confluence and Ruck-a-Chucky day use areas with Auburn State Recreation Area. The tree plantings are part of Earth Day activities. The trees are native species (live oak, valley oak, Fremont cottonwood and white alder) from locally derived sources. Each tree will require excavation of a hole 12" diameter and 18" deep. All selected locations are on previously disturbed ground.
