Document Description
The Department of General Services intends to enter into a lease for approximately 24,000 sf of existing office space the Metropolitan Water District Building in downtown Los Angeles to accommodate relocation of up to 75 employees for the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD). The existing OSHPD office is located in an adjacent leased office building in downtown Los Angeles; the relocation will allow this office to be housed in appropriate space at a nearby location well served by public transit and other services.
