Construct a paved two-lane temporary detour crossings immediately south of the existing bridge, demolish and remove the existing bridge, excavate to widen the channel for the placement of the longer bridge, construct the new concrete bridge in the same location, remove the temporary detour crossing and grade area to its original contour.
