The project improves Calabasas Road between Bradford Road and Buena Vista Drive. The project also involves expansion of a storm drainage system underneath Calabasas Road and Buena Vista Drive beginning at the intersection of Calabasas Road and Bradford Road and discharging onto a drainage ditch near the northwest corner of the Watsonville Municipal Airport.
