City-initiated General Plan Amendments and Rezoning applications to consider higher density housing on approximately 43.95 acres of land that are located in four separate portions of the City. The attached project exhibits show the location of each of the various sites, existing General Plan land use and zoning designations and proposed General Plan land use and zoning designations. No changes to existing land uses on any of the sites are being proposed at this time. Instead, the purpose of the rezoning and related regulatory actions is to increase opportunities for future development of new housing within the community to meet City Housing Element goals.
