The project sponsor, Cloverdale Land Partners II, L.P., submitted an application to the City of Cloverdale for a proposed residential development on the Clover Springs Phase 3B site in Cloverdale. The development would include 22 single-family estate homes, on-site roadways, infrastructure and landscaping. The project would also include large open space areas.
