Document Description
A Use Permit to allow a church in the AR-10 zone. The facility will consist of a 12,000 square-foot multi-use building for 360 people, playing fields, and two temporary classrooms for Phase I. Phase 2 will add a 14,000 square-foot education building for a maximum of 60 preschool children and a maximum of 100 K-12 grade students. Phase 3 will add a 4,000 square-foot office area. Phase 4 will add a 20,000 square-foot sanctuary building and expanded parking for 1,500 people.
